Our bespoke program has been the cornerstone of our business and we pride ourselves on transparency and the mantra "the best client is an educated client". Our process begin with a consultation as to what is most important to you in the piece, from design elements, to metal purity and quality, diamond preferences, and sizing. Our initial communication will begin a process of meticulous hunting to ensure you receive the best piece at the best value.
Our diamond selection process deals directly with some of the most important diamond wholesalers and cutters, and our team on 47th St, in New York City's Diamond District will select stones in person. This hands on approach allows us to see what a certificate and spreadsheet cannot tell us about the stone.
For solitaires, we will present the stone options and certificates to you in a timely fashion for your review. This is where our process differs from a jewelry store or normal dealer, where as we can reserve the stone for 48 hours. This is due to the fact that the wholesale trade moves very quickly, and top quality stones are purchased by wholesalers and jewelers on a frequent basis.
The speed at which the stone selection process moves allows us to be agile, adapting rapidly to market pricing changes and ensuring you receive the best price possible and have a larger pool of stones to accommodate your requests.
Next, we will begin the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and present the model for final approvals to you before we begin production on your piece. Every minute detail is meticulously planned and mapped prior to product, and allows you to customize the smallest of details.
Once we begin production, we will provide you with updates on your piece as the process moves along.
Finally, our offices and manufacturing in New York review every element's final quality to ensure the product you are presented is perfect.
