All bespoke pieces with solitaire diamonds, natural and lab-grown, come with a certification from a major international organization such as GIA, IGI, or others.

The more specific, the better! If you have a general concept, we can work together through the design process to narrow down what you want. We encourage you to be ultra specific and upload inspiration in our submission form. Whether that is photos, videos, drawings, or spec documents, the clearer the vision is conveyed to us, the happier you will be with the end product!

This is a very much a case by case situation. If you have a piece in mind, construct your vision version. Once you have something in mind, the best thing to do is have a preliminary consultation and honest conversation with regard to budget. Many times, clients will be inspired by something they saw, so a basic understanding of what this entails is essential. Our concierge team will ask basic questions to begin, and any guidance (photos, detailed descriptions of material and stone quality/size, etc) will move the process along more quickly. Our process works in real time, as a bespoke piece deals with the wholesale industry...meaning, stones move quickly, and prices fluctuate based on timeframe. A normal jewelry store stocks inventory and stones, and as a result, you are subject to their buying power, wholesale cost, and dramatic markup. LXRY has deep rooted industry connections form the mines to the world's largest and most prolific cutters and dealers. Most of our sourcing is from well established, multi-generational dealers with global relevance and historical importance in the industry. These sources are very particular with who they are willing to do business with, as it is the deepest level of wholesale. Our reputation has been built on the ability to find even the most difficult requests, and when unavailable, provide exceptional alternatives. All stones are guaranteed to be ethically sourced with a focus on human rights, legal parameters, and environmentally conscious procurement.

Our bespoke program has been the cornerstone of our business and we pride ourselves on transparency and the mantra "the best client is an educated client". Our process begin with a consultation as to what is most important to you in the piece, from design elements, to metal purity and quality, diamond preferences, and sizing. Our initial communication will begin a process of meticulous hunting to ensure you receive the best piece at the best value. Our diamond selection process deals directly with some of the most important diamond wholesalers and cutters, and our team on 47th St, in New York City's Diamond District will select stones in person. This hands on approach allows us to see what a certificate and spreadsheet cannot tell us about the stone. For solitaires, we will present the stone options and certificates to you in a timely fashion for your review. This is where our process differs from a jewelry store or normal dealer, where as we can reserve the stone for 48 hours. This is due to the fact that the wholesale trade moves very quickly, and top quality stones are purchased by wholesalers and jewelers on a frequent basis. The speed at which the stone selection process moves allows us to be agile, adapting rapidly to market pricing changes and ensuring you receive the best price possible and have a larger pool of stones to accommodate your requests. Next, we will begin the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and present the model for final approvals to you before we begin production on your piece. Every minute detail is meticulously planned and mapped prior to product, and allows you to customize the smallest of details. Once we begin production, we will provide you with updates on your piece as the process moves along. Finally, our offices and manufacturing in New York review every element's final quality to ensure the product you are presented is perfect. Shipping and production times vary based on an individual basis.

We believe in the privacy of our clientele. So, unlike many, we don't gift or pay anyone to wear our jewelry for marketing, thus don't feel we have the right to reveal their personal acquisitions. Yes, we may post their pieces in our look-books and marketing anonymously, but unless the client decides to post about it and mentions us, we will never reveal their, or your, information to anyone. In a world where it is very easy to research the value of jewelry and timepiece purchases, we would never endanger the privacy or safety of our clients by revealing to anyone who they are without permission.

Our founder's reputation was built on the basis that he can find almost anything. Whether it is an ultra exclusive timepiece, a large carat diamond, rare colors and qualities or diamonds, or ultra exotic gemstones, we pride ourselves on being able to source and acquire the ultra exclusive pieces for our clientele. In the past, we have sourced 10+ carat diamonds, high quality blue, yellow, pink, and green diamonds, 200 carat+ tanzanite, full ammonite specimens, large carat and high quality alexandrite, top quality rubies, emeralds, and sapphires, Lighting Ridge Black Opal, Paraiba Tourmaline as well as hyper exotic stones such as Grandidierite. This is a small sampling of our reach, but our connections As with any rare request, please be prepared to discuss budget and capacity in advance to ensure the inquiry is realistic based on your expectations. If the request is not doable at the preferred budget, we will always be up front and honest after market inquires, and provide alternatives if necessary.

Our manufacturing is based in the Diamond District of New York City, we are a US based and owned company, and as such, we comply with all US laws, regulations and quality standards.

We welcome the conversation about price against competitors. Many times, jewelers and manufacturers cut corners to win in the pricing game. While we provide industry leading value, we refuse to settle if our name is associated with it. Our name, LXRY, means luxury, and luxury doesn't cut corners and cheat. If your standards are low for quality, we prefer you shop elsewhere. If your taste is champagne, but your budget is beer, that is okay! We will be honest and realistic, and allow you to make the decision. We are adults, you are an adult, and the smoke-and-mirrors game in jewelry irritates us as much as it does you. Our team is able to source a wide variety of both new and preowned pieces. Our Preowned Selection is available 'New', 'Unworn', 'Excellent', and 'Very Good' condition. We source: -Rolex -Patek Philippe -Audemars Piguet -Richard Mille Due to our industry reach, we able to provide access to new timepieces from Authorized Dealers, when available, including brands like: -Hublot -Zenith -Omega -Breitling ...and more. When requesting a timepiece, it is best to provide model numbers and years, as well as a detailed description and/or photos of the piece you wish to acquire. Always consider who you are buying from and the quality control/authenticity of the timepieces. Some gray market dealers and traders are hobbyists that do not understand professionalism standards in the trade, quality standards or how to verify authenticity.

While LXRY does not directly offer rental, loan or sample pieces for red carpets, wedding, events, shows, exhibitions, and commercial purposes, we have partnered with a company that uses our products for the purpose of rentals and eligibility can be determined on a case by case basis. We always recommend the purchase of pieces as the most reasonable long term economic option for continued usage.

Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment using advanced technology, while natural diamonds are formed in the earth over millions of years. Both types have the same physical and chemical properties, but natural diamonds are rare and mined from the earth, whereas lab-grown diamonds are more sustainable and ethical alternatives.
